Serving a wide variety of clients, we provide interior and exterior CASp inspections and reports that show clearly how your property compares with the accessibility standards that apply to it: California Building Code Chapters 11A and 11B, the 2010 ADA Standards, the Fair Housing Act, and the federal and state overlays that come with public funding, such as Section 504 and UFAS. We also provide accessibility plan review, accessibility field inspections, and consulting on projects, issues, scenarios and litigation.
